We had a great week in Cabo during early November 2008.  Discovered a fantastic authentic lunch spot with great carne asada sandwiches, tacos & burritos at km 6.5 on the road from Cabo San Lucas to San Jose del Cabo (in the back of the "Mercado" in the same building as the La Vista Cabo offices).

The weather was fantastic.  Lots of cruise ships and sailboats to look at.  All in all a wonderful time.
